Melbourne’s Southeast is home to over 11 craft breweries and distilleries, all located within 25km of one another. We have dubbed this unique corridor the “Bayside Beer Belt” and it is set to become Victoria’s #1 beercation destination.
Within the Bayside Beer Belt, there is a network of 11 breweries and distilleries that are working to offer both locals and visitors alike fun, educational and immersive Craft Brewery & Distillery tours, making it easier for people to explore and experience this fantastic region.
Hop On Hop Off Tours
On Sunday 24 July, the partnering breweries and distilleries themselves trialled a new Hop On Hop Off service that we are brewing up! This HOHO tour format will be a complimenting tour product to our current all-inclusive, Bespoke Guided Tour. Guests part of this trial tour were able to select 4 venues to visit out of 6, which included: Stomping Ground Moorabbin, Bad Shepherd, Braeside Brewery, Boatrocker Brewery & Distillery, Wolf of the Willows and Bojak. The other partners on the day included Dainton, Biersal Brewery, Saint Felix Distillery, 2 Brothers and That Spirited Lot.
By working together, this craft community can strengthen their market position in the region and enhance the experiences offered, creating a ‘place’ that people will view as its own destination. Details on this new Hop On Hop Off Tour will be released very soon! Stay tuned….
