GRAPE AND GRAIN

MOORABBIN

Since opening as a bottle shop in 2012, Grape and Grain has grown into one of the most popular craft beer venues in Melbourne! In 2014 they expanded their bottle shop into a local bar and hangout with a large relaxed and communal seating area out the back and tables and chairs on the street.

Their ever changing taps pour some of the most diverse (and sometimes) crazy beers imaginable. From easy drinkers like lager and pale ale to whopping barrel aged stouts. Their 12 rotating taps will always have something on offer that you can drink.

If that isn’t enough however, they also stock over a thousand beers and wines as well as an extensive array of craft spirits.

The craft beer fridge almost runs the length of the venue! It is definitely a craft beer venue to put on your ‘to visit’ list.

EDITHVALE

Bo Gurks have created a cool bar that is both inviting and cozy, created for both locals and those travelling from afar. Jarred, the owner, has a real passion for people, food, great beers and excellent customer service and that is exactly what you will find!

As you walk into this bar, you will find a fridge that runs the length of the wall, filled with over 400 independent craft beers. Down the back, you will find a bar area with booth-style tables and chairs as well as some high tops and high chairs. The walls in the bar area are covered with wallpaper depicting Edithvale and the surrounding areas back in the early 20s.
You will notice a large wood-fired pizza oven in the middle of the venue which serves the most delicious pizzas directly to your table! So, the next time you are looking for a bar that has an incredible craft beer fridge and pizzas – visit Bo Gurks.
