Victoria’s vibrant beer scene just got even better with the unveiling of the Cityside Beer Belt, the state’s third designated beer region. Comprising 14 exceptional craft breweries and distilleries nestled in the heart of Inner Melbourne, this new belt promises a unique and immersive experience for beer enthusiasts and casual drinkers alike.
Spanning two distinctive areas – Port Melbourne & South Melbourne, as well as Richmond up to Clifton Hills, the Cityside Beer Belt is set to redefine Victoria’s status as a premier destination for craft beer and spirits.
Currently this new Beer Belt has 14 breweries and distilleries to explore, so we have created two routes for our Hop On Hop Off Tours.

Visitors can embark on Hop On Hop Off Brewery & Distillery Tours every Saturday across the three current Beer Belts including Bayside, Eastside and now Cityside, providing a convenient and immersive way to explore Victorian breweries and distilleries. Private Tours are also available seven days a week, offering personalized experiences for those looking to delve deeper into the craft beer culture of Melbourne.
