Saint Felix Distillery

Located in Mordialloc you will find Saint Felix Distillery which was established in 2017. This distillery focuses on fruit-based spirits which are showcased in its delicious core range of Gin, Aperitivo, Brandy, Yuzu & Green Tea Spirit and Vodka. For non-drinkers, they offer a fun non-alcoholic flight tasting!

Saint Felix is the result of five friends coming together, each with their own strengths in distilling and hospitality. Saint Felix’s head distiller, Xavier Nalty aims to celebrate Melbourne’s cultural diversity, translating flavours and producing spirits that reflect a curiosity for worldly flavours and paying tribute to the evolution of distilling. Saint Felix strives to find ingredients that push the boundaries of the distilling process and was Australia’s first distillery to produce mastic gin.

This distillery shares the property with Urban Ground, a café and bar that has food trucks and live music on weekends, creating a community hub for locals and visitors alike. With a full bar, your drink options are endless. The bar has 9 rotating taps, often showcasing local brewers and producers along with an extensive wine list and non-alcoholic options.
