Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers have been rocking the boat in industrial Braeside since 2009, challenging the status quo of both beers & spirits. With 18 taps flowing, you will usually find 6 core range brews with the remainder rotating with seasonal, limited releases & barrel-aged beers PLUS their delicious range of gin, vodka, whiskey and rum.
This family-owned and operated brewery, set about to showcase its beers, spirits, cocktails and famous hospitality in a unique and friendly environment. Together Matt and Andrea Houghton have built an incredible beerhall that is encased with rows upon rows of barrels ageing their experimental beers and spirits. With a different food truck on site each weekend, all you need to do is turn up.
The Crew recommends trying one of their ‘Crew’s Choice’ paddles – an ever-changing lineup of their favourite beers of the moment, which they have put together specifically for Bayside Beer Belt visitors. If you fancy a break from beer, go for a gin-tasting paddle or sip on something unexpected from their creative cocktail list.
