The brewery, located on Hartnett Drive in Seaford, is housed in a large 70’s brick warehouse with a European beerhall feel. Brewing only for locals and visitors alike, they do not have a retail presence, meaning you need to visit this brewery in the flesh to experience the craftsmanship of their German and other European-style beers, poured fresh AND as they say, fresh is best! BYO food and be sure to look through their supply of board games.
The name and logo were derived from old German folklore. A ‘biersal’ is a type of kobold (spirit/sprite), that was thought to inhabit breweries as well as cellars in pubs. A full range of local wines and craft spirits is also available, including neighbours That Spirited Lot Gins, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
