2 Brothers Brewery
Nestled amongst Moorabbin’s industrial estate and the first craft brewery to set up in Melbourne’s Southeast in 2007, is 2 Brothers Brewery. You are spoilt for choice here with 18 taps available, of which you will always find 6-7 core range beers with the rest on rotation with seasonal, limited releases.
The icon of this brewery is the large Kung Foo can that sits on the corner of Joyner and Cochranes Rd, denoting its location. This gem of a brewery and beerhall allows you to immerse yourself in the action and lap up some of their award-winning beers as well as enjoy the handmade pizzas on the menu. Their regular line-up of beers features American brown and amber Ales, a German-style Pilsner and a delicious rice Lager, while they also make a couple of Ciders and a few outstanding Stouts.
Brothers Dave and Andrew had a love for craft beer, yet, finding a beer that satisfied their palates was hard to come by, so they decided to ditch their day job in the US to brew their own in Australia. After rescuing brewing tanks from the bankrupt Times Square Brewery in New York, the brothers shipped them to their new home in Moorabbin. Full bar menu available for non-beer drinkers.
