Two doors brewing

The newest brewery on the block, or should we say Belt… Two Doors Brewing opened in June 2022 and is located on the bustling main street of Ashburton.  With a European flavour, this microbrewery has 12 taps pouring plus a full bar.

Andy and Rachael Yates wanted to create a brewery that was small in footprint but BIG on flavour, which is why they opened this microbrewery/ bar in the main shopping strip in Ashburton. Brewing is Andy’s passion and he’s always brewing something new, taking inspiration from Belgium and European styles.

Their bar/ tap house has an intimate beer/wine room vibe about it with lots of different spaces – beer garden, upstairs lounge, upstairs dining and of course the main bar & working brewery. With a full bar available, there is more than just great beer on this menu. Tasty food is also on offer with crowd favourites including Burgers, Tacos & Arancini. Gluten free beer and food is very much included on both menu’s (family history so they know how hard it can be)

Andy and Rachael also host community taps where they can make a difference supporting local organisations by providing a place where people can come together, enjoy the camaraderie with great beer and support a good cause.
