Welcome to Brogan’s Way, a distillery with a unique Spirit! Established and opened in 2018, Brogan’s Way Distillery is independently owned and operated by the father-daughter duo, Brogan and Simon Carr. Their unique spirit range includes 6 gins, 3 vodkas, 1 whisky and 2 liqueurs.
Brogan’s Way is a small boutique distillery led by Brogan, a highly qualified young female distiller and her father, passionate about creating award-winning spirits using local ingredients. Located in the inner city, this distillery has a dynamic vibe that embraces its industrial roots.
The best way to sample Brogan’s Way spirits is with one of their four tasting flights including Gin, Vodka, Barrel-Aged, and Negroni flights, ensuring there’s something for everyone. For non-spirit drinkers, they have a full bar menu featuring beer, wine, cocktails, tea/ coffee and more.
Their small plate bar food offers a great range of accompaniments to any drink selection, including Flammekeuche, an Australian flatbread with sour cream and garlic base, thinly sliced onion, smoked ham, and a three-cheese mix, baked and topped with fresh chives. Olives, mussels & toasty bread, bread & dips & gourmet crisps.
