Do your Private Tours include lunch?
Yes, you have the option to add lunch to our base package.
Do your Hop On Hop Off Tours include tastings?
No, for the HOHO tours, we provide you transport to tour around the ‘Belt’ but, once inside the breweries/distilleries you pay as you go.
What happens if you don’t drink beer but your friends/partner want to tour?
No stress, please come along and enjoy the day out. All of our venues offer other drink alternatives. We do run special Spirit Tours but, if you are joining one of our Craft Beer Tours, you will have spirits or wine available to you. We will look after you, please just tell us beforehand.
I have dietary requirements, can you cater for that?
Yes, we can cater for all dietary requirements except for Celiac disease. Please just let us know in advance so we can pre-plan with the venues (Private Tours only).
Do you offer Private Tours
We LOVE creating private tours/day experiences for groups. Minimum 6, max 40. Please visit our Private Tours page and view our private tours packages.
Can I bring my children along?
Whilst we love kids and have kids of our own, our tours are just for grown-ups so you can completely relax and enjoy yourselves.
Where do we meet the tour?
All of our tours will begin and end at a train station. As the route of each tour differs, so will our pick-up and drop-off locations so please be sure to make a note of it when making your booking.
Can I bring my dog?
We LOVE dogs and wish you could bring them however we don’t have the proper transportation to cater for dogs. Whilst many of our brewery/distillery partners are dog-friendly, unfortunately, our tours are not.
Do you do private bucks and hens days?
Sorry – we do not do bucks or hens days. We know how much fun they are but our tours are more experience focused!
I NEED TO CANCEL MY TICKET, CAN I GET A REFUND?
For cancellations made more than 3 working days prior to a tour, a tour credit is issued. No refunds are issued – only tour credit. For cancellations made within 3 days of the tour, tour credits will only be issued if the tickets can be onsold.

Loved hopping on the bus to check out the Bayside breweries and distilleries. Great craft beers paired with brewery tours and food. The hosts are so fun and will tailor the experience to your needs. Highly recommend!
